EXCELLENT WORKOUT- MAGNIFICENT SUNSET





I find myself very lucky to live near the small forest of Sheikh Sou (Cedar Hill) which borders Thessaloniki.

It is the place where I have had some of the most tough and holistic workouts while simultaneously enjoying some marvellous sunsets like the one in the photo.

Hereunder I will describe one workout both aerobic and anaerobic which I consider to be one of the most complete and efficient in the world.

1. I start with 10' of running and I progressively raise my heart rate up to 75-80% of my maximum heart rate.

2. After this excellent warm up I am ready for 10 tough minutes with various body weight exercises that cover the total of my body.

3. Immediately after, I run 8x 60m all out hill sprints with a break of 60" between them.

4. Finally I take another 10' for cooling down by running at a comfortable pace and doing some static stretching.

Total duration: 40'
Total caloric expenditure: round 550 calories with a strong afterburn as a bonus.


Try this workout and you will thank me every day. Every time it makes me feel reborn.
